1. Service-Based Policy

As this website offers intangible, digital services (such as SEO, Google Ads management, content marketing, social media management, etc.), refunds and cancellations are handled differently from physical products.

2. Cancellations

Before Project Start:

• You may cancel a project before the official project kickoff (defined as the point at which initial work has begun or strategy has been shared).

• A full refund will be issued if cancellation is requested before project commencement.

After Project Start:

• Once the project has commenced, cancellation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Any work already completed will be deducted from the total cost, and a partial refund may be issued based on the remaining unutilized service scope.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the following scenarios:

• Duplicate Payments: Any duplicate payments made in error will be refunded in full.

• Failure to Deliver: If, for any reason, the agreed-upon deliverables are not provided within the timeline and no acceptable justification is offered, a partial or full refund may be granted.

Please note:

• Refunds are not applicable once a milestone or service phase has been completed and delivered.

• Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction due to personal preferences if all scope requirements were met.

4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

All requests must be sent via email to imranppc1@gmail.com  with:

• Your name

• Project name or invoice number

• Reason for cancellation or refund request

We will respond within 3–5 business days with a resolution.

5. Exceptions

This policy does not apply to:

• Consultations or strategy sessions that have already occurred.

• Paid digital tools or third-party platform costs included in your invoice.
